  • Do You Have a Refund Policy?

    No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

    Exchanges: Exchanges are available within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    Exclusions: Our exchange policy does not apply to custom-made or special orders, which are considered final sale.

    Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges.

  • Is The Jewelry Solid Gold or Gold Plated

    Thank you for asking! Please note that we do not carry gold-plated items. Every piece in our collection is crafted exclusively from solid 18K, or 21K gold. Each item is carefully selected and inspected to ensure guaranteed authenticity, exceptional quality, and lasting value — allowing you to wear your jewelry with complete confidence

  • Can I Track My Order?

    Of course! As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. Once your package ships, you’ll get another email with your tracking number so you can follow your jewelry’s journey right to your door.

  • Do You Make Custom Jewelry?

    Yes. For any inquiries regarding custom-made pieces or items not listed on our website, please email us directly. Be sure to include a photo or reference of the design you have in mind, the gold karat you prefer, and the specific type of jewelry (necklace, ring, bracelet, etc.). Our team will review your request and get back to you with more details.

  • Is there a warranty on my purchase?

    Yes. We offer an optional Shipping Protection & Warranty that covers your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit. One warranty purchase covers your entire order. For orders under $1,000 the warranty is $15, and for orders over $1,000 the warranty is $25.

    Please note: If the warranty is not purchased at checkout, Maison Ruby Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.

  • Maison Ruby Jewelry is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once orders have been transferred to the carrier, unless Shipping Protection & Warranty is purchased at checkout.

  • Warranty coverage applies only during transit and does not extend to wear, accidental damage, or modifications made after delivery.

  • Maison Ruby is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather conditions, customs, or other external factors.

  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Maison Ruby is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
